Place it on your phone together then flash it on TWRP.

After restart, go to
Settings>apps>Google App>Storage>Manage Storage>Clear All Data

Your Google Assistant should work when you say "OK Google" or when you hold the home button in your navbar.

There are some bugs on this feature like repeated enrollment of hotword "OK Google" and OK Google Settings force crash (I personally experienced it).
